Three rings. Stop at any of them.

Each one is optional. Go further only when you want to.

  1. Ring 1

    Orientation

Seven short questions, then a few lines back about where you are. Never a score or a label.

  2. Ring 2

    The Field

Short practices you can open, leave or keep. It starts gently and follows your pace.

  3. Ring 3

    Resonance

When you want a person: a few therapists chosen for fit, never ranked. Nothing reaches them unless you ask.

A field, not a feed.

36 short practices. A few come forward, set to your pace. The rest wait.

Why overwhelm can feel like this

A plain-language look at an activated nervous system.

Keep anything that helps. It stays on this device.

Listen first.

Read the words
  1. Hello. There's nothing to do here. I'm just going to keep you company for a few minutes.
  2. You can stay however you are. Sitting, lying down, looking out of a window. Nothing about it needs adjusting.
  3. If it feels okay, you might notice where your body is being held right now. The chair. The floor. The bed. It's doing the holding, and you don't have to.
  4. There may be sounds around you. They can stay where they are. So can you.
  5. Your breath is moving on its own. It's been doing that all day, without any help from you. It can carry on.
  6. If your mind wanders off somewhere, that's fine. It'll wander back, or it won't. Either way, I'm still here.
  7. Nothing about this needs to go well.
  8. I'll be quiet for a little while now. You're not on your own in it.
  9. Still here.
  10. If your shoulders have crept up toward your ears, they can come down a little, if they'd like to. Or they can stay. Both are fine.
  11. There's no next thing.
  12. You can stop at any point. Whatever you managed to hear was enough.
  13. We're near the end of these few minutes. When you're ready, you can go back to whatever the day holds — or stay in the quiet a little longer. Take care.
A folded blanket and a cup left on a stone bench in a quiet alcove, looking out through an arch at a misty valley

Leave any time. It keeps your place.

Close the tab mid-thought. Come back next week or next year. No streak to break, nothing to explain.

  • Kept things stay kept

Anything you save in the Field is there when you return.

  • Pick up mid-question

Signed in, unfinished answers wait for 14 days.

  • A way back in

“Welcome back” is a two-minute practice for returning after time away.

People, when you want them.

Magnet isn't therapy. It helps you find the kind that fits, or company that asks nothing of you.

    Therapists, chosen for fit

A small set, never ranked. Read how they work, sometimes hear their voice, and ask for an introduction only if one feels right.

Immediate help
Is Magnet therapy?

No. Magnet helps you get oriented and find support that fits. It doesn't diagnose or treat, and it isn't a crisis service. When you want therapy, it can introduce you to a therapist.

What does it cost?

Orientation, a set of Field practices and one Regulation Room session a month are free. Supporter is $12 a month for the rest. Crisis resources are always free.

Who sees what I share?

You. Nothing reaches a therapist unless you ask for an introduction, and we never sell your information or use it for ads.

Is there AI in it?

In a few places, and only where it helps: a short reflection after your first questions, plus reflections and narration you can switch on yourself. It never stands in for a person.

What if I stop using it?

Nothing happens. There's no streak to break. Your kept things wait, and you can delete your account whenever you like.

Start with seven short questions. Stop whenever you like. The door stays open either way.
