If something you bought from Magnet isn't right for you, you shouldn't have to argue for your money back. This page covers courses and things from the shop. Your Magnet plan is separate — manage or cancel it any time from Billing.

Courses and downloads
Within 30 days of buying a course or a download, you can refund it for any reason — you don't need to give one. Go to Purchases, press Refund, and confirm. The full amount goes back to the card you paid with.
The course closes, or the download link stops working, at the same moment. Anything of yours in the Field — saved practices, where you've been — stays exactly as it was.

Things we ship
Changed your mind? Send it back unused and in its original condition within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the item in full. Return postage is yours, and the original shipping isn't refunded.
Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, shipping included — your choice, and you won't need to send it back.
Never arrived? If it hasn't turned up a week after the delivery time on its page, tell us and we'll resend it or refund it.

How to ask
Courses and downloads: the Refund button in Purchases. Everything else: the link next to the order there, or email hello@magnet.care with the order reference. A person reads every message.

When the money arrives
A refund you give yourself is issued straight away. For a return, we refund within 5 business days of the item reaching us. Either way, your bank usually takes 5–10 business days to show it. Stripe emails you when it's on its way.

Buying again after a refund
If you refund something and later buy the same thing again, the second purchase can't be refunded with the button. Write to us instead — we'll still look.

After 30 days
Write to us anyway. If something went wrong, or money is the real reason, say so — we'd rather help than hold you to a date.

Things sold by therapists
When therapists begin selling courses and things through Magnet, the same windows will apply to what they sell. Magnet handles the refund — you never have to ask a therapist for your money back.

Your rights
This policy adds to any rights you have under the consumer law where you live; it never takes them away. If you're unhappy with a payment, please talk to us before disputing it with your bank — it's usually faster for you.
