A steadying space, held together.
The Regulation Room is a facilitator-led group grounding session โ a calm, structured place to settle your nervous system alongside others. It asks nothing of you but to arrive.
If you're in crisis or danger, please don't wait for a session. Get immediate help now.
What's coming up
Nothing is on the schedule right now. Sessions are added as facilitation capacity grows, carefully rather than quickly. The rest of Magnet is here in the meantime.
What a session is like
Facilitator-led, never clinical
A trained facilitator holds a simple, predictable structure: arriving, a grounding practice, quiet co-regulation, and a soft close. It is not group therapy and involves no diagnosis or treatment.
Small and low-pressure
Cameras optional, talking optional. Arriving, keeping your camera off and saying nothing at all is a full way to attend. There is no check-in you must pass and no sharing you must do.
Predictable rhythm
Sessions run about thirty minutes, to the same gentle shape every time: a few minutes to arrive, a guided practice, and a soft close โ then a quiet landing back in the Field rather than an abrupt cut. Familiarity is part of the regulation.
Boundaries we hold
- The Regulation Room is not therapy, crisis intervention, or medical care.
- Facilitators do not assess, diagnose, or give clinical advice.
- If you are in danger or crisis, this space is not the right one โ reach immediate help.
- Sessions are not recorded. The only things kept are that you held a place and, if you opened the room, that you arrived.
- Holding a place is not a commitment. You can release it, or simply not come, and nothing is noted against you.
How access works
Sessions run on a small, regular schedule as facilitation capacity grows carefully. A free account can hold one place a calendar month; supporters can come to any session. Once you hold a place, your room has a page of its own: the door appears there about fifteen minutes before the start, alongside the shape of the session and a soft way out at the end.
