Trust works better when the edges are clear. So before anything else, here's what Magnet can promise — and what it can't.
This isn't a warning label. It's the same plain, unhurried tone as the rest of Magnet — just pointed at the boundaries that keep you safe, so you always know what you're getting.
Orientation. A calm way to name what's going on for you, without needing to justify how bad it is first.
Optional, low-pressure support content. Material you can explore, pause, or leave anytime — nothing here tracks completion or expects follow-through.
Opt-in introductions to human therapists. When — and only when — you're ready, Magnet can introduce you to a licensed clinician who might be a good fit. That choice stays yours.
It cannot provide therapy. Nothing in Magnet replaces the care of a licensed mental health professional.
It cannot diagnose you. We don't label what you're going through, and we never will.
It cannot respond to a real-time emergency. If you or someone else is in danger right now, this isn't where you go — see Emergency routing below.
It cannot guarantee an outcome. We can't promise a specific result, timeline, or fit. Those depend on you, and on the person you end up working with.
The Regulation Room is a live, small-group space held by a facilitator, built for grounding when things feel like too much — slowing down, breathing, and finding your footing again.
A facilitator holds the room. They don't diagnose, treat, or manage a clinical crisis. If someone arrives in active crisis, the facilitator's job is to help that person find the right emergency resource, not to continue the session — that's a boundary, not a rejection.
More about the Regulation RoomYou may end up naming things in Magnet you've never said out loud. We built this expecting that, and we hold it carefully — your reflections aren't sold, and they aren't shared beyond what keeps the product running.
This page won't repeat the full policy. What we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights over it all live in the Privacy Policy.
Magnet is not built for the moment when every second counts. If you or someone else is in danger right now, here's where real, immediate help lives.
